Directions for AnemiCare

This herbal supplement should be taken 2 times a day, along with your current prescribed medication (if any). Take 1 capsule after your breakfast and one after your dinner with a glass of milk or milk substitute (preferably).

All our herbal supplements are safe for children and its recommended to take half the adult dosage. E.g. if the adult dosage is to be taken 3 times a day or 1 capsule after every meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with a warm glass of water. Child dosage will be 1 capsule twice a day. After 18 years old take the adult dose.
