Shipping Policy:
| Domestic Deliveries | |
| 1) | All of our domestic packages are shipped via Priority Mail of the United States Postal with Delivery or Signature Confirmation. |
| 2) | First time orders will be shipped with Signature Confirmation (receiving the package requires the customer’s signature), unless directed otherwise by the customer. |
| 3) | If you wish to waive this signature requirement, please let us know in advance. All future orders will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation (receiving the package will NOT require signing it). |
| 4) | Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government-observed holidays; our shipping office is closed on all government-observed holidays. |
| 5) | Weekends are Saturdays and Sundays. Usually, orders will ship the following business day of placing an order, which is usually the following Monday. |
| 6) | Delivery time varies between 2 to 7 Business Days. |
| International Orders | |
| 1) | All of our international packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service via Priority International Mail. |
| 2) | Delivery time is usually 15 to 20 Business Days. |
| 3) | We don’t have an overnight delivery option for international addresses. |
| 4) | Business days, weekends, and Holidays vary from country to country. |

Undeliverable Packages
Customers are issued a refund (less the shipping & handling fees) if their packages return due to delivery complications. We can’t re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order.
