We recommend that you give our products a fair amount of time (30 days) to properly establish their effectiveness. If you are still not satisfied with our product’s effectiveness, you may contact us within 45 days of your purchase in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will be issued to returned packages that are in saleble condition. Once contacting us regarding a return, and getting our approval based on the attached below Refund Conditions, customer must send the products back to our main office at:

We strongly recommend returning packages with Certified Mail Service with tracking number. If we failed to receive the package and the customer cannot prove that the product is returned, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature confirmation as required by the USPS.
We will only allow one return per customer. Returns will be processed within 5 business days and a refund issued within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.
