Directions for AlgrCare

This herbal supplement should be taken 2 times a day, while symptoms persist. Take 1 capsule after your breakfast and one after your dinner with a warm glass of water. You may take an additional capsule after lunch when experiencing stronger allergy symptoms. As you feel relief from your reaction to airborne allergens, you may reduce your dosage to as needed.

All our herbal supplements are safe for children and its recommended to take half the adult dosage. E.g. if the adult dosage is to be taken 3 times a day or 1 capsule after every meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with a warm glass of water. Child dosage will be 1 capsule twice a day. After 18 years old take the adult dose.
